We are delighted to offer you this high standard 3 Star accommodation, with comfortable en-suite bedrooms, and TV & hospitality tray in all rooms. Soft fluffy white towels, and chocolates on your pillow provide that little touch of luxury!

Our quiet location, just a short stroll from the Bay’s unspoilt water-front, allows for both rest and study, so if you’re coming to Colwyn Bay on business, or just taking time out for a few days break, you can be sure of a peaceful stay and a good night’s rest.

All our rooms have full central heating, and are warm and cosy in the winter, yet light and airy in the summer. Our Double en-suite and Standard Twin room have views of the sea. The Single en-suite is at the back of the house, and provides a quiet restful stay for the single traveller. Our Standard Twin room is not en-suite but has its own private bathroom close by. Bathrobes are provided.

Our quiet cosy guest lounge overlooks the garden and patio, and you are welcome to sit and relax here after an enjoyable day or touring. There is a small garden to the rear, consisting of a small lawned area, protected by trees. There is a small seating area where you can sit and relax with a cup of tea, and read, or just sit and enjoy the many birds that visit our garden.

WIFI internet is provided free of charge.
